To transfer the registration you do not need to do anything special.

Simply shutdown PC or stop UserGate Proxy & Firewall service on the old machine.

And on the new machine just enter your pin-code, when the console will ask you to register the program.

To transfer program settings to another computer you need to save only two files:

     config.cfg
     USERGATE.FDB

For program setting responds file - config.cfg, for users statistics - USERGATE.FDB.

The files are in the folder for Windows XP / 2003

C: \ Documents and Settings \ All users \ Application data \ Entensys \ UserGate6,

and for windows 7/8/2008/2012, respectively, in the folder:

C: \ ProgramData (AppData) \ Entensys \ UserGate6.

After installing the software on a new computer, you must stop UserGate, copy with replacement in the program folder (path as above), these two files and run UserGate again.

Warning! The settings file is attached to the GUID the network card of old server. Therefore, when you transfer the settings to a new server, then in the Admin Console in the "Firewall - Rules" you NEED to re-create NAT rules and publications rules (DNAT) firewall rules rebuild is not required.
